NOTICE OF PUBUC HEARING
-BY DIRECTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON,
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing wiil be held before the Aubum City
Council at 7:30 PM, Monday, February 3, 2014, in the City Hall Council Chambers
located at 25 West Main Street, Aubum, Washington, on the following:
Franchise Aqreement
The application of T-Mobile West, LLC, for a non-exlcusive franchise for
the right of entry, use and occupation of certain public right(s)-of way
within the city, expressly to install, construct, erect, operate, maintain,
repair; relocate and remove its facilitieis in, on, upon, along and/or across
those right(s)-of-way. The purpose of the public hearing is to determine
public benefit and impact, applicant compliance, public right-of-way
capacity to accommodate the telecommunication system, potential
disruption of public right-of way, and present and future use of the public
right-of-way.
Any interested person is invited to appear and voice approval or disapproval of the
Application for Franchise Agreement. Non-English speaking residents wishing to
review documents related to the franchise application should contact the City of Aubum
Community Development and Public Works Department. Citizens with speech, sight or
hearing disabilities wishing to review documents should contact the City of Aubum
within 10 calendar days prior to the Council meeting, as to the type of service or
equipment needed. Each request will be considered individually according to the type
of request, the availability of resources and the financial ability of the Cityr to provide the
requested services or equipment.
