A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, TO ACGEPT THE CONSOUDATED
ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT (CAPER)
FOR THE 2013 PROGRAM YFAR
WHEREAS, the City of Aubum was designated as an entitlement
community by the U.S. Department of liousing and Urban Development (HUD)
for its Community Developmerrt Blodc Grant (CDBG) program; and
WHEREAS, the requirements ofthe CDBG require the City prepare and
submit a "Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report(CAPER)"
for each program year, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn heard and considered
public testimony on March 17, 2014 about the CAPER for its 2013 pmgram
year. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, IN A REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH
RESOLVES THAT:
Section 7. That the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation
Report (CAPER)for the 2013 program year is accepted.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such
administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of
Resolution No. 5051

this legislation and submiYthe repott to HUD.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force upon
passage.andsignatures hereon. -
