DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION OF AMENDMENT: Provide U.S. Department of Homeland Security(DHS)Emergency Management Performance Grant(EMPG)funds to local jurisdictions and tribes with emergency management programs to support and enhance those programs as described in the Work Plan. The Sub-Grantee, City of Auburn, is requesting to transfer funds from the Salaries and Benefits, Equipment,and Subcontractor categories to the Travel, Supplies,and Other categories. This budget reallocation is necessary to realign budget categories with actual expenditures. This request is allowable under the grant provisions and the program manager has approved. 11. AMENDMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1. The grant agreement expiration date of August 31, 2013 remains unchanged. 2. The original grant agreement amount of$62,219 remains unchanged. 3. Replace the Original Budget Sheet Exhibit E with the Revised Budget Sheet Exhibit E. This Amendment is incorporated in and made a part of the Grant Agreement. Except as amended herein, all other terms and conditions of the Grant Agreement remain in full force and effect. Any reference in the original Grant Agreement or an Amendment to the"Grant Agreement"shall mean"Grant Agreement as amended". The Department and Sub-grantee acknowledge and accept the terms of this Amendment as identified above, effective on the final date of execution below.
