ORDINMJCE NO. 808
AN ORDINANCE establishing street grade at the high points
of sidewalks at property lines at the interseotion of 1 Street N. E.
with the alley in Poplarwood Addition to Auburn, the center line of
which alley is parallel wi th the North marginal line of I.lain Street
East and 113 feet Hortherly therefrom.
The City Counoil of the City of Auburn do ordain as follows:
Seotion 1. That the elevation of the street grade on I
Street N. E. at the high points of sidewalks at property lines at the
interseotion of I Street N. E. with the alley in Poplarwood Addition
to Auburn, the oenter line of which alley is parallel with the North
marginal line of J.iain street East and 113 feet Northerly therefrom,
shall be 79.16 feet above zero as shown by the official datum plane
established by Ordinance No. 216, which elevation hereby established
is 6 inohes lONer tha't\ the elevation shown on map on file vlith the
City Clerk and approved by the City Council by resolution passed on
March 20, 1928.
