I/EEREAS, Puget Sound Power & Light Company, a Jlassaohusetts oorporation, has tendered to the City of Auburn a written easement for a private road, which easement is hereinafter more fully desoribed and which easement is now in the possession of the City Clerk of said City; and ',/HE:tEAS it is deemed for the best interests of said City that said easement be accepted by said City; now, therefore, The City Council of the City of Auburn do ordain as follows: Section 1. That that oertain v~itten easement bearine date l~arch 22,1938, and executed on said day by Puget Sound Power & Light Company, a Lassachunetts oorporation, as Grantor, whereby said Grantor grants to the City of Auburn the right to establish, oonstruct, use, repair, and maintain a private road for ingress to and egress from its sewage disposal plant aoross, over, a-long and upon the transmission_ line right-of-way of said Grantor, known as the Seattle No.1 and No. ~ line right-of-way, in King County, \'ashington, more particularly des- cribed as follows: That portion of the Grantor's hundred-foot right of way in Section Thirteen (13), Township twenty-one (2l) Uorth, Range four (4) East, W. 11., from its intersection with West J1ain Street of the G i ty of Auburn on or near t he east and west center line of said Seotion thirteen (13) , north along t he north and south center line of said seot ion one half mile to the north line of said Section thirteen (13); be and the same hereby is accepted by the City of Auburn upon the terms and conditions expressed in said easement.
