of Auburn a written deed of conveyanoe from Herman Sohultz and Nancy
J. Schultz, his wife, dated October 17, 1938, for the purpose of extend-

THE CITY COUNCIL OF Trill CITY OF AUbUBN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLO\{S:
Section 1. That that oertain ~,ritten deed of conveyance,
dated Ootober 17, 1938, wherein Herman Sohultz and !Tancy J. Sohultz, his
wife, are Urantors and the City of Auburn is Grantee, and I'/hereby the
Grantors therein convey and quit-olaim to the City of Auburn for publio
street and highvray purposes, and for such purposes only, the follo\',in~
desoribed real estat e:
That port ion of the Ilk. of the SE:: of the IlE~':. of Sect ion 18,
Township 21 H, Ranee 5 E ';;.H., particularly bounded and
desoribed as follows, to-wit:
Bevinninr at the In! corner of Lo+ 4, in Lloo': 1 of Ewing
~~d Ryan's First Addition to Auburn as recorded in Volume 31
of Plats at 7ige 240 rocords of King County, '..ashington,

and which deed of conveyanoe has been tendered by said Herman Schultz
and r:ancy J. ,ochultz, his v/ife, to The City of Auburn, be and the same
hereby is approved and acoepted by the City of Auburn.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be and hereby is instruoted
to file said \~itten deed of oonveyanoe for record vdth the County
Auditor of ICing County, ,:ashington, and that the land oonveyed by said
written deed of conveyance sooll constitute a portion of t;oe8~lQv Street
H.E. in the City of Auburn. ~
