THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Seotion 1. That th_ioertainwritten deed of conveyanoe, dated November 30, 1938, wherein White River Valley Post No. 1741, Veterans of Foreign Wars, is Grantor and The City of Auburn is Grantee and where- by the Grantor therein oonveys and quit-olaims to The City of Aubum for pu'bliG street and highway purposes, and for suoh purposes only, the following desoribed real estate: The South 30 feet of the West 167.50 feet of Lot 52 of Riverview Addition to The City of Auburn as the same appears on the reoorded plat thereof now of reoord in Volume 9 of plats, page 90, reGards of King County, Washington, inoluding river bed adjoining; and whioh deed of oonveyanoe has been tendered by said White River Valley Post No. 1741, Veterans of Foreign Wars, to The City of Auburn, be and the same hereby is approved and aOGepted by The City of Auburn. SeGtion 2. That the City Clerk be and hereby is instruGted to file said written deed of Gonveyance with the County Auditor of King County, and that the land oonveyed by said deed shall oonstitute a portion of Fourth street S.E. in The City of Auburn.
