AN ORDINANCE: Approving and aOGepting on behalf of The City
of Auburn a written deed of oonveyanoe from FauGett Estat e !no., a
oorporat ion, dated Deoember & ,1938, for the purpose of extending
and improving H street N.E. "IJi'"1lflie City of Auburn.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Seotion 1. That that oertain written deed of conveyanGe,
dated Deoember 6., 1938, v.nerein .I!'auoett Estate Ino. , a o orporat ion ,
is Grantor and ~City of Auburn is Grantee, and whereby the Grantor
therein oonveys and quit-olaims to The City of AubuIn for pub1io street
.. and-highway-purposes, and 'for suoh purposes only, a traot of land Fifty
(50) feet in width in an easterly and westerly direGtion, conneoting
the north end of H street N.E. as shown upon the plat of Poplarwood
Addition to Auburn with the south end of the west fifty (50) feet of
the east two hundred ten (210) feet of the Nt of the N.E. t of the
N.W. t of Section 18, Township 21 N., Range 5 E. W.M. I and whiGh deed of
Gonveyanoe has been tendered by said ~auoett Estate InG., to The City
of Auburn, be and t he same hereby is approved and aGcepted by The City
of Auburn.
SeGtion 2. That the City Clerk be and hereby is instructed
to file said written deed of oonveyanoe with the C,ounty Auditor of King
County, and that the land oonveyed by s aid deed shall oonstitute a
portion of H street N.E. in The City of Auburn.
