ORDINAUCE NO. 829
AN ORDINANCE relating to "Local Improvement Guaranty Fund" in the
Treasury of the City of Auburn, ani repealing ;;;ieotions 1,2,3.4, and
5 of Ordinance no. 624 of the Ordinances' of said cit y.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOi,S:
Seotion 1. That that oertain fund in the Treasury of the City of
Auburn heretofore created and now being maintained and known and desig-
nated as "Local Improvement Guaranty Fund" shall continue to be operated
and maintained under the provisions of Chapter 209 of the ~ession Laws
of \/ashington of the year 1927 and the Laws of said State supplementary
thereto and amendatory thereof.
Section 2. That Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Ordinanoe No. 624
of the Ordinances of the city of Auburn entitled "AU ORDINANCE prOVid-
ing for the guarantee of Looal Improvement Bonds in the City of Auburn;
oreating a fund for the purpose of guaranteeing, to the extent of suoh
fund, bonds issued against Local Improvement Distriots for local improve-
ments therein; and presoribing oertain IUles and regulations for the
maintenance and operation of suoh fund" passed and approved l~arch 15,
1927, be and are hereby repealed.
