AN ORDINANCE, Fixing the amounts of tax levies neoessary to raise the amounts of !3stimated expenditures of the City of Auburn fo r the year 1942, less the amounts of estimated revenues from sources other than taxation including available surplus, and such ~c_"../" expenditures as are to be met from bonds and warrant issues, local . 1mprovement guaranty fund, for acquisition and retirement of L.I.D. bonds of questionable value, and the expenditures for salaries and (fages, maintenance, operation and oapi tal outlay of and for the _ public library of the City of Auburn, all for the year 1942. ~, the City Council of the City of Auburn has heretofore, pursuant to the prov1si. ons of Chapter 158 of the Session Laws of the State of Washington for the year 1923, and the Laws of said State supplemental thereto and amendatory thereof, duly fixed and determined separately each item of the budget of the City of Auburn for the year 1942, and by ordinance duly adopted said budget as so fixed and deter- mined; NOW, THEREFORE, in order to raise by general taxation the moneys as provided for in said budget adopted by ordinance as afore- said, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That there be and is hereby levied upon all of the real and personal property situate within the present oorporate limits of the City of Auburn, in King County, Washington, in the year A.D. 1941, as equalized and fixed by the County and State Boards of Equalization, taxes for the several funds of the City of Auburn, as follows: (1. ) PARK BONDS, INTEREST AND REDEMPI'ION FUND For redemption and interest, - - - - - - - $ 800.00 (2. ) LOCAL IMPROVEMENT GUARANTY FUND.
