THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ,AURJRN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOViS:
Secti on 1. That Section 9 of Ordinance No. 794 of the
Ordinences of the City of Auburn entitled "An Ordinance: Relating
to and regulating the use and operat ion of-certain machine
ammasement devices and certain vending ~achines; defining
offenses and prescribing penal ties", passed and ilPproved July 20,
1937, be and the same is hereby amended so that, as anended,
said Section 9 shall read as follows:
"Section 9. The license fee far each Class 'AI vending
J:lS.chine shall be $l..s-: (l 0 per month. All licenses for
Class '.'1.' vending machines shall be issued for the period
,.--of one month only. Said license reriod shall begin on the
first day of each month and end on the last day of the same
month."
