ORDINANCE NO. 861.
AN ORDINANCE, Fixing the amounts of tax levies necessary to
raise the amounts of estimated expenditures of the City of Auburn
for the year 1943, less the amounts of estimated revenues from
souroes other than taxation ino1uding available surplus, and suoh
expenditures as are to be met from bonds and warrant issues, local
improvement guaranty fund, and the expenditures for salaries and
wages, maintenanoe, operation and oapital outlay of and for the
publio library of the City of Auburn, all for the year 1943.
V~, the City Counoi1 of the City of Auburn has heretofore,
pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 168 of the Session Laws of the
State of Washington for the year 1923, and the Laws of said State
supplemental thereto and amendatory thereof. duly fixed and determined
separately eaoh item of the budget of the City of Auburn for the year
1943. and by ordinanoe duly adopted said budget as so fixed and deter-
mined;
NOW, THEREFORE, in order to raise by general taxation the
moneys as provided for in said budget adopted by ordinanoe as afore-
said,

; SECTION 1. That there be and is hereby levied upon all of the
real and personal property situate within the present corporate
limits of. the City of Auburn, in King County, Washington, in the year
A.D. 1942, as equalized and fixed by the County and state Boards of
Equalization, taxes for the several funds of the City of Auburn, as
follows:

(1.) PARK BONDS, INTEREST AND REDEMPTION FUND

(2.) LOCAL IMPROVE'MENT GUARANTY FUND
To meet the finanoial requirements of the
Looal Improvement Guaranty LaYl, passed
