AN ORDINANOE establishing and designating Cumulative Reserve
Funds in the Treasury of the City of Auburn.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS :b'OLLOWS:
Section 1. That, pursuant to the authority granted by Chap-
ter 60 of the Laws of the State of Washington, of the year 1941,
to each city or town in said state, to establish by ordinance Cum-
ulative Reserve Funds for any municipal purpose, there is hereby
established in the Treasury. of. '~he Oity of Auburn'three new Funds.
and that such funds so established are respectively designated as
follows, to-wit:
(1) "Cumulative Reserve Fund for acquiring materials, sup-
plies, and equipment for municipal purposes."
(2) "Cumulative Reserve :Fund for the acquisition, oonstruo-
tion, alteration, and/or repair of pub1io buildings, struotures,
and works, including consultant, engineering, and architeotura1
costs and the acquisition of land, sites, and/or rights-of-way."
(3) "Cumulative Reserve Fund for the making of public
improvements; the acquisition of land, sites, and/or rights-of-
way; and the payment of consultant, engineering, and architectural
services."
