A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
BURLINGTON NORTHERN, I.NC..,. FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING CIRCUITRY
AT THE MAIN,STREET CROSSING AND UPGRADING THE CROSSING SIGNALS AT
THIRD STREET S.W.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AT A REGULAR
MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES:
THAT the Mayor of the City of Auburn, is hereby authorized to execute
an agreement with BURLINGTON NORTHERN, INC. , for the purpose of improving
circuitry at the Main Street crossing and upgrading the crossing signals at
Third Street S.W. That a copy of said agreement is attached hereto, denominated
as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof as though set forth in full herein.
