A total of 131 were issued at (typically) a charge of $50.00 each. At- Large charges for 2nd and 3rd offenses are $100.00 and $150.00 each, respectively. * *When personal contact cannot be made, Animal Control Officer Winner typically leaves written warnings at the owner's residence. The most common warnings are for animal cruelty investigations, dog bite investigations, and license or at -large issues where an owner cannot be located.
