Tuesday, April 8, 2014

Auburn Senior Activity Center, Rotary Room
I. Call to Order
The meeting began at 5:37.
Members present were Michael Hassen, Vicki Gilthvedt, Laura Keim, David Domenowske. Excused
members were Richard Artura and Greg Dobbs. Unexcused member Joe Bauman. Department staff
present were Environmental Planner Jamie Kelly and Parks Secretary Julie Mehl.
II. Minutes
The January 2014 & February 2014 minutes were motioned for approval by board member Vicki Gilthvedt
and seconded by board member David Domenowse, all others in favor, minutes approved.

VII. Department Report (Jamie Kelly)
Jamie Kelly reported on heron rookeries of which two are known in Auburn; one at the Auburn
Environmental Park which has been there since 2012 and another near Peasley Canyon.

A. The meeting was adjourned at 6:10 pm.
