AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
LAKELAND HILLS DIVISION NO. 1 TO THE CITY OF AUBURN,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF ON FILE WITH THE CLERK
OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Plat of Lake land Hills Division No. 1 located on
a parcel of land containing 83 lots lying south of Oravetz Road approximately
1/2 mile east of "A" Street S.E. , to the City of Auburn, Washington, which plat
is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, Washington, and which plat
is a plat of the following described property, to-wit:
A tract lyg within a por of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4;
SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4; SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE
1/4; and W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, Sec 31 , Twp, 21 N, R 5
EWM, City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, more
particularly described as follows: Commg at the S .1/4 cor of' sd
Sec 31 (King Co. Monument) from which the SW cor of sd Sec 31 (King
Co. Monument) bears S 89°38'05" W (Sleavin) , th N 02°27'57" W' 1 ,522.49

Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, be and
they are hereby authorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has bee n examined and approved
by this Ordinance.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
