CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING
Meeting Minutes of July 8, 2014
The regularly scheduled meeting of the Ciyil Service Commission was held on July 8 10, 2014 in
Conference Room 3 located on the Second floor of 25 West Main Street, Auburn, WA. The following
members were in attendance.
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Gene Cerino and MemberTerry Hurlbut.
STAFF PRESENT: Chief Lee,Civil Service Secretary/Examiner Geri Hibben,Assistant City Attorney
Doug Ruth.

Chairman Cerino called the meeting to order at 3:34 pm.
Approval of the June 10,2014 Civil Service Comrimission meeting minutes:
• Motion to approve meeting minutes made by Member Hurlbut,second by Chairman Cerino.
Motion approved.
Approval of the Police Services Specialist Eligibility List. List expires 7/2015.
• Motion to approve Police Services Specialist eligibiiity list made by Member Hurlbut,Second by
Chairman Cerino. Motion approved.
UPDATES/NEW BUSINE55:
• No new business.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the Commission,the meeting adjourned at 336 p.m. I
