into the City system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor Edgeview Division 1, LLC does by these presents
hereby convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, a Municipal

479 LF of 24" PVC SDR -21, 600 LF of 12" PVC SDR -21, 250 LF of 18" CPEP and
3,641 LF of 12" CPEP storm sewer and all appurtenances or any other associated public
facility as shown on the public facility extension plans referred to as FAC07 -0002, the
Kersey 3 Division 1 development. Situated within the following described real property,
located in King County'

A PART HEREOF,
and the said Grantor hereby warrants that it is the sole owner of all the property above
conveyed; that it has full power to convey the same and that it will defend the title of the
said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully making claim thereto, and indemnify the
City of Auburn for any costs, including Attorney fees in defending title.
