RESOLUTION NO. 2014-1
A RESOLUTION OF THE AUBURN TRANSPORTATION
BENEFIT DISTRICT ADDRESSING ADMINISTRATIVE
MATTERS INCLUDING SETTING ITS REGULAR SCHEDULED
ANNUAL MEETING AND DESIGNATING THE DEPUTY MAYOR
OF THE CITY OF AUBURN TO SERVE AS THE VICE CHAIR OF
THE AUBURN TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Auburn established a Transportation Benefit District pursuant to
Chapter 36.73 RCW on September 19, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the Transportation Benefit District established its operating parameters
through its Resolution Numbers 2012-1; and
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the Transportation Benefit District schedule its regular
board meetings thrbugh resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF THE AUBURN
TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS
Section 1. The Board of the Auburn Transportation Benefit District (TBD) shall meet at
6:30 PM on 4he first Monday of February, 2015, at the City Council Chambers at Aubum City
Hall, 25 West Main Street, Auburn, WA 98001, and eve.ry year thereafter at the same date and
time.
Section 2. The Deputy Mayor of the City of Auburn shall serve as the Vice Chair of the
TBD.
Section 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon passage and signatures
hereon.
