The. Committe.e and staff discussed the request 6y the Dieringer
School district and its requesf for highersingle_family resid'ential
school impact fees and tlie Autium'Scfiool District decrease of
single fam'ily residential:school impact fees. S#aff also reviewed the
Planning Commission recommendation_s.:

reported that the new Urban Design Planner; Lauren Flem'ister; will
6e starting the f�st weeK in �December.
Staff also provided an overview of Planning staff updates and
discussed the possibil'ity of the City-holding Busmess $ummit.
