King County, Washington, pursuant to Auburn City Code 1.25.065, do hereby certify that the charges set
forth below against the property described constitute delinquent penalties and enforcement costs
imposed by the City for the below violations of Auburn City Code. Notice is hereby given that additional
penalties may continue to accrue after the date listed below and the claim of lien herein shall apply to
such additional penalties. Partial payments may be accepted and applied to the delinquent balance after
the lien date and the remaining balance shall continue to be a lien against the property.

Description of Violation: 1) Junk, trash, litter and debris on property. 2) Inoperable and
or junk vehicle in driveway. 3) Tall grass & weeds throughout the property
Auburn City Code or Regulation violated: Auburn City Code 8.12 - PUBLIC NUISANCES,
8.20.010 (C) Vegetation as a nuisance & 8.14.055 Inoperable vehicles as a nuisance.
Corrective action required: 1) Remove all junk, litter, trash and debris from property. 2)
Remove inoperable vehicle, place inside enclosed building or make operable. 3) Cut tall
grass & weeds not to exceed six inches in height.

Recurring (per day) $100
Reconsideration & Appeal: You may request that the Code Compliance Officer reconsider issuing
this notice. You may also appeal the initial and recurring penalties to the city's Hearing Examiner.
Requests for reconsideration and appeal must be submitted in writing to the Community Development
Department, 25 West Main, Auburn, WA 98001 -4998. An application for appeal must be postmarked
within fourteen (14) calendar days of the penalty's effective date, comply with the requirements in
ACC 15.07.130, and be accompanied by the stated fee. The appeal period may be extended for good
cause.
Effective Date: The Initial Penalty is effective five (5) calendar days after the date of postmark if
mailed, or immediately+if served in person. The Recurring Penalty accrues each day and automatically
becomes effective without further notice.
Lien: If unpaid after fourteen (14) calendar days of becoming effective, each penalty (plus any
collections costs) shall be a lien against the property.
