THE GRANTOR, Coni S. Orvis, as her sole and separate property, for and in
consideration of mutual benefits, conveys and quit claims to the CITY OF AUBURN, a
municipal corporation of the State of Washington, its successors and assigns, under the
imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its rights of Eminent Domain per WAC No. 458 -
61-A- 206(1), all Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following legally described real
property, situate in the County of King, State of Washington, together with all after acquired
title of the Grantor therein
For legal description, see Exhibit "A" and as depicted in Exhibit. "B "'attached. hereto and
made a part hereof. "
Also, the Grantor requests the Assessor and Treasurer of said Courity to set,over to the
remainder of Tax Parcel No.281500- 0010 -09, the lien of all unpaid taxes, if any, affecting the
real estate herein conveyed, as provided for by RCW 84.60.070.
