I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 2:05 pm.
Tree board members attending were Marsha Goodwin, Brooksie Donna Hall, ]an Speer, ]ames
Tourangeau. Absent/Unexcused: Bryce Landrud. Also presen[ at the meeting were Parks Planning &
Development Manager Jamie Kelly, Parks Horticulturist Richard Valenti and Parks Secretary Julie Mehl.
II. Minutes
The November 2014 Urban Tree Board minutes were approved unanimously.
III. Correspondence/Public Input
Parks Planning & Development Manager Jamie Kelly hands out City Code Title 15 Chapter 15.74 Land
Clearing Filling, and Grading for the board to review before the January meeting where Gary Yao, Planner
will speak.
