THE CITY OF AUBURN AND MURRAY, SMITH & ASSOCIATES, INC
RELATING TO FACILITIES EVALUATION STUDIES
THIS AMENDMENT is made and entered into this day of 2014, by
and between the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington
(hereinafter referred to as the "CITY "), and Murray, Smith & Associates, Inc. (hereinafter
referred to as the "CONSULTANT'), as an Amendment to the Agreement between the parties
for AG -C -417 executed on the 23d day of August 2012, and amended by agreement dated 16th
day of December 2013.
The changes to the agreement are described as follows
1 CONTRACT TERM: The term of the Agreement for Professional Services is extended to
December 31, 2014
2. SCOPE OF WORK. There is no change in the scope of work.
3. COMPENSATION, There is no change to the amount authorized in the original agreement
or subsequent amendments.
REMAINING TERMS UNCHANGED: That all other provisions of the Agreement between
the parties for AG -C -417 executed on the 23d day of August 2012 shall remain unchanged, and
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day
and year first above written.
