RELINQUISHMENT OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, PFIILP — West Valley Highway, LLC, a Delaware limited liability
company ("Grantor"), owns Lots 6 and 7, Auburn Park of Industry, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Volume 106 of Plats, pages 83, 84 and 85, records of King County,
Washington.
WHEREAS, the lot line between Lots 6 and 7, Auburn Park of Industry, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Volume 106 of Plats, pages 83, 84 and 85, records of King
County, Washington, is going to be adjusted in a manner that would give Grantor easements
along the line between Lots 6 and 7 for the purpose of drainage and utilities.
WHEREAS, Grantor already has an easement over the aforementioned Lots 6 and 7
for the purpose of drainage and utilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor hereby:
1. Relinquishes, vacates and forever abandons those certain five-foot drainage and
utility easements that run generally east-west along the boundary line between
Lots 6 and 7, Auburn Park of Industry, according to the plat thereof recorded in
Volume 106 of Plats, pages 83, 84 and 85, records of King County, Washington.
