III. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Junior Council Events
Junior Council to discuss how to plan successful events.
I n order for the Junior Council to have a successful booth at the Health Fair in
August, Deputy Mayor Holman suggested the Junior Council use the method of
backwards planning. Backwards planning is starting from the date of the event
and working backwards from there to develop the plan. By starting at the end
and looking back, it will be easier to complete tasks and make deadlines.

to be completed by specifics dates. Some of those tasks are completing the

will create games and present them at the next meeting.
