TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), and for the consideration of incorporating the Bus Shelter into
the City system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned Grantors Summerfteld Estates Home Owner's
Asa:dation does by these presents hereby convey, sdover, assign, transfer and warrant to
the City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Washington, a Bus Shelter
built by the Boy Scouts of America & Volunteers — EXHIBIT 'A' is the List of
Materials Situated within the following described real property, located in King County:
See EXHIBIT 'B' ATTACHED HERETO AND BY THIS REFERENCE MADE
A PART HEREOF
and the said Grantors hereby warrant that they the sole owners of all the property above
conveyed; that they have full power to convey the same and that they will defend the title
of the said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully making claim thereto, and
indemnify the City of Auburn for any costs, including Attorney fees in defending title.
