Thanks for considering 100.7 The Wolf for this event; we are excited to work together on this event, and hopefully many more in the future. 100.7 The Wolf will provide the following for Promotional Support: • Inclusion in Sixty (30) :60 second recorded 4th of July Festival on-air promos(may include your sponsor id's)/ $12,000 value • Inclusion in Sixty(60) :60 recorded 4th of July Festival recorded streaming promos (may include sponsor id's) / $2,400 value • Inclusion in Twenty one (21) :15 second What's Up on the Wolf recorded promos /$3,150 value • 100.7 The Wolf will post a 4th of July Festival banner on the seattlewolf.com homepage,with a jump page with a link promoting event. /$4,000 value • One (1) Wolf Pack P1 Email Blast to our database of over 34,000 people to announce 4th of July Festival /$2,500 value • Wolf pack on site from 10am-4pm/$4,000 value • On-air personality on-site for at least two hours-can be used to make MC announcements (requires$350 talent fee)* OPTIONAL, to be determined by Auburn Parks if budget becomes available • Logo/link on www.seattlewolf.com events page/$2,000 value • Big Paw(The Wolf's wrapped vehicle) on-site by 100.7 Wolf booth area (or other area if you wish) • Sound System/music • Interactive activities and Enter to Win for Wolf prizes at Wolf Booth Auburn Parks will provide: • 100.7 The Wolf logo listed on all City-produced marketing materials including event fliers, event posters, event programs, newspaper ads, utility bill stuffers, and all other promotional items related to 4th of July Festival 2014.— Need to be approved by station • Name listed as event sponsor in recreation guides. • 100.7 The Wolf logo and name on City of Auburn website, linking to www.seattlewolf.com . • 100.7 The Wolf name recognized from stage • 100.7 The Wolf name listed in Auburn @ Play electronic newsletter(May and June editions) • Copy points for on-air and digital components, including logo/photos/link due by May 30, 2015. • Opportunity to tie in up to (5) non-competing, third party sponsors located by Wolf booth. These could be for sampling, distribution purposes (includes waived booth fees/power)if available. Must be approved by Auburn Parks • 15x15 booth space for Wolf Pack in high traffic location-power needed/all booth fees waived.
