into the City system, and other good and sufficient consideration, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned Grantor TA 40, LLC does by these presents hereby
convey, setover, assign, transfer and warrant to the City of Auburn, a Municipal

following described real property, located in King County:
The Plat of Auburn 40 PUD, Recording Number 20100826001442, Volume 255 of
Plats, pages 051-058. Located in the City of Auburn, King County, State of
Washington.
The said Grantor hereby warrants that it is the sole owner of all the property above
conveyed; that it has full power to convey the same and that it will defend the title of the
said Grantee against any and all persons lawfully making claim thereto, and indemnify the
City of Auburn for any costs, including Attorney fees in defending title.
