That portion of Lot 8, Block 6, Town of Slaughter, according to the plat thereof recorded in volume 2 of
plats, page 56 and a portion of alley vacated by City of Auburn Ordinance 6511 recorded under recording
number 20140811000527, records of King County, Washington lying in the Northeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 13, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of the south half of alley vacated by City of Auburn Ordinance 6511
recorded under recording number 20140811000527;
THENCE South 00°55'43"West, along the east line of said Block 6 for 39.80 feet;
THENCE North 89°08'16"West, 14.22 feet to a point on a non-tangent curve, the radius of
which bears North 51°10'26" East;
THENCE northerly along the arc of a curve concave to the east, having a radius of 30.25 feet,
through a central angle of 39°49'02", and an arc length of 21.02 feet;
