Quarter of Section 13, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of said Lot 5;
THENCE North 89°08'12"West, along the south line of said Block 6 for 3.11 feet;
THENCE North 00°51'48" East, 4.83 feet;
