plats, page 56, records of King County, Washington lying in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 13, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described
as follows:
COMMENCING at the northeast corner of the south half of alley vacated by City of Auburn Ordinance
6511 recorded under recording number 20140811000527;
THENCE South 00°55'43" West, along the east line of said Block 6 39.80 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
THENCE continuing South 00°55'43"West, 30.42 feet;
THENCE North 89°08'12" West, 2.41 feet;
THENCE North 00'59'05" East, 10.77 feet to a point of tangency;
THENCE northwesterly along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 19.50 feet, through a central
