plats, page 56, records of King County, Washington lying in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 13, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described
as follows:
COMMENCING at the southwest corner of said Lot 8;
THENCE South 89°08'12" East along the south line of said Block 6 for 21.63 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING:
THENCE North 00°53'00" East, 9.40 feet;
THENCE South 89°13'37" East, 32.14 feet to a point of tangency;
THENCE northeasterly along the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 3.80 feet, through a central
