plats, page 56, records of King County, Washington lying in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast
Quarter of Section 13, Township 21 North, Range 4 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of Lot 4 of said Block 6;
THENCE South 89°08'20" East, along the north line of said Block 6 a distance of 10.02 feet;
THENCE South 53°38'56" West a distance of 12.60 feet to the west line of said Block 6;
THENCE North 00°56'21" East, along said west line a distance of 7.62 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
