The entrance to the library may be moved 30'to the north to give a marketplace feel. We must keep the same amount of parking spots, will add an ADA ramp. We are considering sidewalks on H St SE so citizens can walk or bicycle from Auburn High School to the Campus. Lighting will be added throughout the Les Gove Community Campus. (Faber) Green River Park Property at the base of Lea Hill has been transferred to the City from King County and Washington State as of last week. We will be cleaning up the area and putting together a long range plan. (Faber) Deferred Maintenance Study— Bob Droll (Landscape Architect) is involved in completing the study which includes organizing & prioritizing parks updates for the Parks Plan update. This plan gives us the ability to apply for various grants. The deadline is early October for the draft, review with Park Board then on to Ciry Council meeting in November. (Kelly) Summer camp numbers were up from last year, the climbing wall was very busy. Teen Trip Thing and Movin'On Up sold out nearly every week. Daycamp and Sports Camp numbers were strong. We have been integrating special needs kids into summer camps. One or two days per week will be with special needs kids and three days will be with non-special kids only. Summer camps are fun, active and fast paced. (Faber) Vegetation management is underway at Cedar Lanes Park. We are removing understory so homeless folks can no longer hide out. There are drug houses in that area contributing to the problem. (Kelly) West Hill Lake —A volunteer group may begin to clean up understory at West Hill Lake property. Will need parking to access from west side. VIII. Adjournment The meeting was adjourned at 620 pm.
