I. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Hurlbut called the meeting to order at 3:35 pm.
II. ABBROVAL MINUTES: Approval of October 13, 2015 Civil Service Commission meeting minutes.
FIRST: Kelly SECOND: CONEUR: Hurlbut APPROVED
III. ENTRY IEVEL POLICE OFFICER: Review and approval of the Entry Level Police Officer eligibility list.
FIRST: Kelly SECOND: CONCUR: Hurlbut APVROVED
IV. POLICE SERVICES SPECIALIST: Review and approval of the Police Services Specialist eligibility list.
FIRST: Kelly SECOND: CONCUR: Hurlbut APPROVFD
V. UPDATES/NEW BUSINE55: Discussed the application of Heidi Harris for the Civil Service Commission in
response to Rodger Thordarson's resignation.
a. Public Records&Open Public Meetings training-tentatively scheduled to be conducted during the
December 8`"Civil Service Meeting.
b. Review and Approval of the Drafted Civil Service Rules
