g AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF
A PARCEL OF LAND 2.25 ACRES IN SIZE LOCATED AT 4536 AUBURN WAY NORTH,
4 WITHIN THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
THEREOF FROM UNCLASSIFIED TO C-3.

WHEREAS, a petition has been submitted to the Council of the City of
6
Auburn, Washington, by WILLIAM and MARIE NASH, requesting the rezoning of the
7
real property hereinafter described in Section 1 of this Ordinance, which
8
petition was dated April 20, 1982; and
9
WHEREAS, said request above referred to, was referred to the Planning
10
Cortunission by the Auburn City Council for study and public hearing thereon;
11
and
12
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider said
13
petition in the Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, on July 7, 1982, at
14
7:30 P.M., at the conclusion of which the Planning Comnission recormnended the
15
approval of the rezoning of the said property; and
16
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn, held a public hearing
17
in the Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, at 8:00 P.M. on August� 2,
18
1982, at which time the public hearing was continued to September 9, 1982.
19
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn, held a public hearing in
20
the Council Chambers of the Auburn City Hall, at 8:00 P.M. on September 9,
21
1982, at which time the City Gouncil concurred with the recommendations of the
22
Planning Coimnission as hereinabove stated.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE GITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
24
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

26 Section 1. That the following legally described property located on a
27 parcel of land 2.25 acres in size located at 4536 Auburn Way North, situate in
28 the City of Auburn, County of King, State of Washington, be and the same is
29 hereby rezoned from Unclassified to C-3 (Heavy Commercial), to-wit:
30 The W� of the N 90 ft. of Lot 32;
Together with; the W� of the S 106.38 ft. of Lot 33;
31 White River Valley Home Tracts, 2nd Add.
Situate in Section 31, Twp 21 N, R 5 EWM City of Auburn,
32 County of King, State of Washington.

Section 2. That the amendment to the Comprehensive Zoning Map of the City

of Auburn, Washington, encompassing this Zoning use classification change,

be and the same is hereby approved.

Section 3. That the City Clerk for the City of Auburn, Washington, is
5
hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with
6
the King County Audi:tor-.,
7
Section 4. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
8
tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
9
legislation.

Section 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
11
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
