Call to Order:The meeting was called to order at 2:00 pm by Warren Olson.
Review of Octoher 2014 Minutes:Octbber 2014 minutes were moved for approval.
• There was no board meeting for Detember 2014.

Stipps Meadow=Construction on the Stipps Meadow parcel has:begun. It has been named Mt.View. �
Continued discussion from previous meeting pertaining to water run off and test drains from fhe new
development.Concem of the green belt and privacy between the property lines. Trees may be planted
and the cemetery will allow saplings to,reestablish the barrier. New signs have been posted on
cemetery property to prevent the dumping of lawn waste by the residentr. Aubum code enforcement
willbemonitoringforviolators. � ,
Irrigation Water-Meeting with Well specialist has been postponed due to illness.There is s[ill optimism �
that the well has potential.
New Upright Memorial Additions-One row of 34 graves located in the 4th Addition have been added.
One has sold for 510k. The 9th Addition Quad has also-added more plots to be in alinement�with the �
other plots in that area.
Robert Booth Home-One bid was received for the mobile.home.$17k in repairs includes roof,floor
covering,cabinets,etc.There is extensive wafer damage and mold. A decision has been made to not
repair the mobile home. An option for having a 5`°wFieel on site and providing the security.

New Business: �
ForestWalk—There was an expansion of graves in ForestWalk.There is a possibiliry of creating a new
columbarium.
New Canopy—A new canopy with the Mt.View Cemetery logo cost$900. R is larger than the one
previously barrowed trom the parks department.
New Price List-New prices will be going into effea.They reflect approximately a 10%increase for plots. �
