AN ORDINANCE Of THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, REPEALING
3 AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 36.10.510(B) RELATING TO SHORT-TERM LOADING
ZONES AND REPEALING ITEM 2 OF 36.10.515 RELATING TO SCHOOL BUS LOADING
4 ZONES.

THE CITY COUNCII OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 36.10.510(B) relating to short-
7
term loading zones on the south side of 516 4th Street N.E. (Forward Thrust
8
Pool) is herewith repealed.

Section 2. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 36.10.515 Item 2 relating to
10
school bus loading zones on 4th Street N.E. is herewith repealed.
11
Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
12
tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
13
legislation.

Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
15
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
