3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO INTERIM FINANCING
IN LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 330 ACCEPTING THE OFFER OF FIRST
4 INTERSTATE BANK, TO PURCHASE REVENUE WARRANTS AND FIXING THE INTEREST RATE
ON SUCH REVENUE WARRANTS.

6 WHEREAS, under date of September 29, 1982, First InLerstate offered to
ry purchase revenue warrants of Local Improvement District No. 330, such warrants
g to bear interest at the rate of 10.25% per annum and to be redeemed within one
g (1) year from the date of issuance thereof;
10 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
11 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
12 Section 1. The offer of First Interstate Bank to purchase revenue warrants
13 drawn upon the "Local Improvement Fund No. 330", to bear interest at the rate
14 of 10.25% per annum, is hereby accepted:
15 Section 2. The interest rate on such revenue warrants to be issued in
16 payment of the costs of the improvements made within Local Improvement
17 District No. 330 is hereby fixed at the rate of 10.25% per annum in accordance
18 with the duly accepted offer of First Interstate Bank.
19 Section 3. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
2� tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of the this
21 legislation.

Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days

from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
