3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, CREATING
• TWO DEPUTY CITY CLERK POSITIONS FOR THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS fOLLOWS:
6 Section 1. There are herewith created two Deputy City Clerk positions
q which shall be appointed by the Mayor to serve in the absence of the City
g Clerk and shall be subject to removal from office by order of the Mayor.
g Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative
10 Procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
11 legislation.
12 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and he in force five (5) days
13 from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
