2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, APPROVING THE PLAT OF
g MEADOWBROOK ESTATES TO THE CITY OF AUBURN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE
WITH THE CLERK OF THE CITY OF AUBURN.

5 WHEREAS, the Auburn City Council held a public hearing October 18, 1982,
g on the Final Plat of Meadowbrook Estates and recortunended approval based upon
7 the following uFindings Of Fact", to-wit:
8 1. The proposal meets or exceeds our subdivision and zoning ordinance
standards as to lot size and dimensions and the proper street width is
9 provided for also.
10 2. The final plat is in compliance with the preliminary plat approved on
8-2-82.

3. Assurances of completion of improvements are provided by means of a
12 Local Improvement District.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO
14 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
15 Section 1. That the Plat of Meadowbrook Estates 2.89 acres in 'size
16 located on the north side of 18th St. N.E. east of °I" St. N.E., in the City of
17 Auburn, which plat is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, and
18 which plat is of the following described property is hereby approved; to-wit:

21 th E 581.90 ft to the TPOB of tract herein desc; th contg E 833.50

22 Sly in a straight ln to the TPOB; EXCEPT the S 25 ft thof; AND EXCEPT
the Wly 30 ft thof; AND EXCEPT the Ely ft thof; AND EXCEPT the
23 following desc por: Beg at the NE cor of the above desc main tract;
th S 89-12'27" W alg sd N ln, 513.89 ft; th S 0-47'33" E 8.50 ft; th
N 89-12'27° E 148.50 ft; th N 89-31 '16" E 365.35 ft to the E ln of sd

25 1, 2, 3 and 4 of City of Auburn Short Plat No. SP-3-82)
26 Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Auburn, be and
27 they are hereby authorized and directed to sign a statement, written upon the
28 face of said plat, to the effect that said plat has been ezamined and approved
29 by this Ordinance.

1 Section 3. The Mayo.r is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
2 tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
3 legislation.
4 Section 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) day's
5 from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided b,y law.
