AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
3 AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 12.7_0.050 RELATING TO DRIVEWAY WIDTH.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 12.20.050 relating to driveway

width is hereby amended to read as follows:

"12.20.050 Width.

Unless deviation is granted by the Street Committee of the City
9
Council, the following widths shall be the maximum permitted at the curb
10
line:

A. tndustrial and commercial districts, a maximum of forty-five feet
12
13 and a minimum of twenty-nine feet on arterials; a maximum of
14 forty-five feet and a minimum of ((#vretr�y-#eur)) twenty-nine feet
15 on local streets;
16 B• Residential districts, a maximum of thirty feet and a minimum of
17 fifteen feet on arterials; a maximum of twenty feet and a minimum
18 of ((#err)) fifteen feet on local streets."
19 Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
20 tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of this
21 legislation.
22 Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
23 from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
