2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, REPEALING
AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 2.78.010 (FEES DESIGNATED) ANQ CREATING A
3 NEW AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCE 2.78.010 (FEES DESIGNATED) TO
REPLACE THE SAME.

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6 Section 1. Auburn Codified City Ordinance 2.78.010 (Fees Designated) is
7 upon the effective date of this Ordinance repealed.
8 Section 2. There is herewith enacted a new Auburn Codified City Ordinance
9 2.78.010 (Fees Designated) which shall read as follows:

11 On and after the effective- date of this Ordinance, there shall be
12 imposed the following fees charged to individuals requesting the City to
13 take the actions hereinafter indicated on the following fee schedule,
14 to-wit:

10 Section 3. Applications for action as set forth in Section 2 of this
11 Ordinance shall not be accepted for filing until the above fee schedules have
12 been paid to the City of Auburn.
13 Section 4. All fee schedules inconsistent or contrary to the fee schedule
14 as set forth in Section 2 of this Ordinance are herewith declared void.
15 Section 5. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administra-
16 tive procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directions of ttiis
17 legislation. , .
18 Section 6. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
19 from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law.
