I. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Hurlbut called the meeting to order at 334 pm.
II. INTRUDUCTION: Heidi Harris(Council approvaled on Dec. 7`", 2015)
III. APPROVAL MINUTES: Approval of November 10, 2015 Civil Service Commission meeting minutes.
FIRST: Kelly SEEOND:� Harris EONCUR: Hurlbut APPROVED
IV. EN7RY LEVEL POLICE OFFICER: Review and approval of the Entry Level Police Officer eligibility list.
- FIRST: Kelly SECOND: Harris EONCUR: Hurlbut APPROVED
V. UPDATES/NEW BUSINE55: Chief discussed the most recent hire, Nickolaus King who will be starting on
June 1, 2016,after his release from the Army on May 20`", 2015.Chief also noted the two police officer
positions to lie filled in 2016.
VI. ADIOURN: The meeting adjourned at approximately 3:36 p.m.
