Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 1:58 pm by Warren Olson
Review of Tueaday, October 13, 2015 Minutes: The October 13, 2015 Minutes
were moved for approval.
Old Business:
• Mustang Dump - Cemetery picked up a 2 '/z yard dump, lighter than the
tractor so it doesn't leave deep marks on the turf. Owned previously by ,
Lakeview Cemetery, always garage.d and in good condition. It is used to move
grave dirt in preparaflon for internments.
. Booth Modular Home - It is gone. Craig hired someone to do the demolition
and they used dump trailers to get rid of everything. Leaving the shed and
probably do a fifth wheel to have someone on site to open/lock the gates and
watch over the cemetery property since there has been reported burglary in
the area. This person will kiave free rent and will be responsible for utility
bills only.
New Business:
• Memory Heights Progress -The measuring hubs have been put in, grass is
growing nice, the cemetery architect from Wilbert Precast is drawing it out
and it is in the finals touches. The area will need fencing and landscaping.
There are 600 graves available.
. New Columbarium - It has been placed and it sets in nice with the Forest
Walk. The wall needs to be built up a little bit and the azea will need some
landscaping. Niches will be $3,295 and $3,995 for double placement.
Return on investment is estimated to be over $300,000. The installer needs.
to do final touches so it will probably be finished in Mazch.
• Rock Walls - Currently getting bids.
e painting- The cemetery office will be painted the same colors as the Annex
in the City Hall.
