I. Call to Order
The Urban Tree Board met at Auburn Parks, Arts & Recreation at 2:00 pm.
Tree board members attending were Chair Bryce Landrud, Member: Brooksie Donna Hall. Also present at
the meeting were Parks Planning & Development Manager Jamie Kelly and Parks Secretary Julie Mehl.
II. Minutes
The board did not approve minutes as there was no quorum.
III. Correspondence/PUblic Input
Jamie Kelly reports the tree inventory data has been imported into the City's GIS progrem. Jamie
demonstrated the results to the board. Data includes Iist of attributes, species name, common name,
health, GPS point etc. Jamie will review at the March meeting as well.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 2:45 pm.
