o Section 1 Auburn City Ordinance No 3091 (passed July 6, 1976) providing
�� for the rezoning of certain property located north of 37th Street Northeast adjacent

to "B" Street Northwest and Auburn Way North, within the City of Auburn, Washington,
,--, changing the zoning classification thereof from Unclassified and C-1 to M-1 and C-3
�
- is herewith repealed in its entirety
�
Section 2 That the City Clerk of the City of Auburn, is hereby authorized
and directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the King County
Auditor's Office
Section 3 This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five (5) days
from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided by law
