AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY 'OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING AND DELETING CERTAIN
SECTIONS OF AUBURN CODIFIED CITY ORDINANCES 10 36 380 and 10 36 390,
RELATING TO CERTAIN ONE AND TWO HOUR PARKING AREAS WITHIN THE CITY
OF AUBURN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS
Section 1 Auburn Codified City Ordinance No 10 36 380, item 7 ,
pertaining to One Hour Parking Zones, which reads as follows
"A" Street Southeast, both sides between Main Street
and lst Street Southeast"
is hereby amended to read as follows
"A" Street Southeast, both sides between the South
curb line of East Main Street to the North curb line
of 2nd Street Southeast "
Section 2 Auburn Codified City Ordinance No 10 36 390, item 14,
p ertaining to Two Hour Parking Zones, which reads as follows
"A" Street Southeast, both sides between lst Street
Southeast and 2nd Street Southeast "
is herewith deleted in its entirety
Section 3 That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force five
(5) days from and after its passage, approval and publication, as provided
by law
